To ensure our suppliers align with our sustainability ambitions, we have enhanced our vendor evaluation approach. While we currently utilize quality checklists and conduct vendor audits, we are actively integrating Sustainable Sourcing performance metrics into our selection process.

Initial Assessment & Future Plans
We initiated an initial evaluation by sharing an ESG Vendor checklist with our top 14 critical vendors, representing 25.0% of our total vendor value. The results were promising, with 43.0% of these suppliers already holding certifications from reputable organizations like the Forest Stewardship Council and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil, along with having Animal Welfare policies in place.
Going forward, our goal is to broaden this assessment to encompass all our suppliers, ensuring thorough oversight and alignment with sustainable sourcing standards.
